Marouane-Bakkioui is a Belgian professional footballer of moroccan origin who plays as a midfielder for Chinese club Shandong Luneng Taishan. Born in Etterbeek to Moroccan parents, Fellaini played youth football for Anderlecht, R.A.E.C.
