José Antonio Rodríguez García ( Mexico City, 1965) Cartoonist and illustrator, an active member of the Mexican Society of Cartoonists, the International Association of Cartoonists MIKS, Sisak, Croatia, The Cartoon Movement, Toons Mag And recently collaborating with Cartooning For Peace. Currently, editorial cartoonist and illustrator for the newspaper “La Voz de Michoacán”, in Mexico and the magazine “Negratinta”, published in Spain.
My goal has been and will be able to link local news, with national and international, to keep readers well informed, and above all, raise awareness and make them our subjects beyond our borders. Now I live and work from Mexico City with my three children, and thanks to the new media, I can work and publish daily my cartoons, in this newspaper and several social networks.
