Nicoletta Orsomando

 Nicoletta Orsomando (born Nicolina Orsomando; 11 January 1929 – 21 August 2021) was a pioneering Italian television personality. She made history as the first Italian continuity announcer to appear on television, debuting on 22 October 1953. Revered in the industry, she is often regarded as the “dean” of Italian continuity announcers.
